Option 1 – Trijicon RMR, Trijicon SRO, Holosun 507c – This cut will REMOVE the factory rear sight channel, We offer co-witness sight height options for front and rear from Dawson Precision, if you already have a .330 tall suppressor high front sight, only a rear sight is needed, if both sights are factory height and you want to co-witness with your RMR/SRO/507 we reccomend you purchase the front and rear sight option
Option 2 – Shield RMS/RMSc/RMSw, Holosun 507K, Sig Romeo Zero – This cut will PRESERVE the factory rear sight channel and is designed for either full co-witness or lower 1/3 depending on if you are choosing Shield/Sig or Holosun respectively. You do not need suppressor highs for this cut.
All slides MUST be refinished in at least single color cerakote if being machined. The CNC machine will expose raw steel that WILL RUST if not properly coated, below is a photo sourced from the internet showing what a slide that has not been protected with Cerakote will look like, you do not deserve this. That is why we cerakote ALL slides after CNC cutting for optic.
